Improved User Experience for new Wikidot users

I've just seen this:

In particular I'm talking about the video - it's worth watching as it has some nice ideas that Wikidot could implement.
Not too sure about whether the TinyMCE editor is what should be used here, but the video shows it in action for those that are wondering how it works.
