Will this lead to a semantic wiki?

I kind of just read about the 'data forms' and from first sight it reminds me a bit on the 'Semantic Forms' extension of the 'Semantic Mediawiki' extension of Mediawiki.
So I wonder if this will lead to Wikidot becoming a semantic wiki?

By looking at the documentation of the Semantic Forms extension it looks like our implementation of forms greatly overlap with Semantic Forms. Each project is different because they target different platforms (MediaWiki vs Wikidot).
However, we would like forms to be an integral part of Wikidot, thus instantly available and more tightly integrated with our platform.
Semantic is a fuzzy word here… I would rather use the term "structured data".

Thanks for the answer.
There are of course implementation differences due to the different underlying wiki systems (and in case of Wikimedia and Wikidot also conceptual differences) but IMHO an important point of 'semantic' in the context of a wiki is the ability of programes (and not just humans) to 'understand' certain parts of the page content especially in queries.
Like being able to distinguish between pages containing "I like beetles" and "I like beetles" respectively in a query 'show me all pages about car::beetles'. I guess something like 'named tags' for Wikidot.
