Why not a link from the side menu to a raw list of themes, one theme per row, ordered by title asc, with %%tags_linked%%, without thumbnails but with hover popups ?
This is a neat idea. If you want to make a start, you can use the sandbox category, e.g. http://themes.wikidot.com/sandbox:cover.

OK, moved to start:plain and linked from front page. Regarding weened:99, there is already a spec for this in http://blog.wikidot.com/design:4, which is the created-by selector. I assume that's what you need, right?

I admit that the created-by selector is close to what I needed.
However, the idea was to click the username and re-filter by username the same page which uses ListPages, just like it currently works with %%tags_linked|link_prefix%%.
If I follow the design:4 syntax it should be something like %%created_by|link_prefix%% …
