Per-user private pages

Here is a scenario that does not seem to work yet: allowing users to create personal pages within a private category, that only they (and presumably site admins) can see and edit.
Some questions need to be answered, such as what are those pages called, and how do users navigate to them? We do not have a %%user:name%% symbol.

If I wish to have a tab or a thing to click on in my nav:top that would be named "mycontent" I was thinking of doing this
code for nav:top
and this in include:navigation
wich would allow the member to have a page named "mysaves:{$userid}" and a navigation where he can access this page. The category "mysaves" is presumed to be a private category with viewing access to creator and creating access to all members

Since it is possible to initiate the creation of a page using the URL it is possible that a user makes a page in the PC (Private Category), using someone else his/her name. It will not be a security-issue, but a who-was-first-issue. Maybe a site-moderator or admin can resolve issues like this.
