Can not create a new wiki on the test server

Yes, it's an old snapshot. You can create new sites on it, no problem.
Okay, I seem to be unable to create a new site.
If I don't select the terms of service box, it asks me to do that with red text on the page, as expected.
If I do select it, I get this pop-up error instead (refreshing page doesn't help):
So… visit https://static-l.wikidot.mywikidot.com/ (e.g.) and accept the certificate it offers. Then the test environment should work for you.
I have done this prior to attempting to create a new site, so I assume that is not the cause of the error shown above.

Thanks for reporting this. We broke something on the test server and will fix that.
