In action

The CSI module tag indicator could be a module that indicated whether or not a tag is present for a page for example if a thread is closed there could be an image indicating this.

But it can also be used to easely place an image (with or without link) on a page.

Some notes:

  • to be cool, the image needs to be transparent on the edges, only PNG and GIF file formats can do this.
  • the image keeps you from interacting with content that is behind it also in the transparent areas
  • your page NEEDS to have the right tag of course.

I would like to add this to the CSI site, but first I would like some feedback

[[iftags {$tag}]]
[[div style="position:absolute;top:{$top};left:{$left};border:0px solid red;width:
{$width};height:{$height};z-index:100;text-decoration: blink;"]]
[!-- {$text} --][[[@@|]]]**{$text}**
[!-- --]
[[image {$image} style="postion:fixed;top:0px;left:0px" link="{$link}"]]

and the CSI-refferer (remove "@ @")

@@[[include :mycsi:csi-tag-indicator
tag=_csitagindicator |
width-img=167px |
height-img=167px |
distance-from-top=0px |
